I started my career at Nissan in procurement and supplier management which led to my desire to become more capable in lean manufacturing techniques. My training was with SMMT industry forum and the North East Productivity Alliance (NEPA) as part of the Regional Development Agency, which was transferred to the Manufacturing Advisory Service, where I worked with PA Consulting who ran the service for three years.
Our company was founded in January 2012 and provides tailored and innovative productivity improvement solutions. Our improvement offering is people based, pragmatically delivered and sustainable in nature.
I am married with 3 daughters and my hobbies are walking and percussion.
